Weekly Prices 2010

Payments should be made by bank transfer.
Arrival time is between 5 pm and 8 pm unless otherwise arranged.

Winter season: 700 euros per week (30 Oct. 2010 - 12 Mar. 2011)

Low season: 1400 euros per week (13 Mar. - 22 May and 2 Oct. - 30 Oct., and the Christmas New Year period)

Mid season: 1500 euros per week (22 May - 26 June and 28 Aug. - 2 Oct.)

High season: 1700 euros per week (26 June - 28 Aug.)

The usual letting period is Saturday to Saturday, but stays of four nights or more, between one Saturday and the next, are possible and cost 20% less than the seven night price. For alternative periods of stay, please contact us and we'll see what we can do for you.

Payment Conditions

Confirmation deposit: 30% of the total amount.

Remaining balance: to be paid within five working days prior to arrival.

Damage deposit: 200 euro to be paid in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure.

Cancellation fee:

• 30% of the total for cancellations of 30 days or more before arrival date

• 60% of the total for cancellations of between 29 and 7 days before arrival date

• 100% of the total for cancellations of less than 7 days before arrival date.

Included in the price:

• Bed and bathroom linen
• Water and electricity
• Final cleaning

Not included in the price:

• Natural gas consumption (hot water and heat) when the heating is turned on. Gas consumption is calculated as on the gas meter and to be paid upon departure.
