Travellers on the Chiantigiana Highway (Route 222), arriving in Greve from Florence to the north or in Panzano from Sienna to the south, should take the turnoff to the east halfway between Greve and Panzano, signposted "Lamole". The road runs mostly uphill and is extremely scenic. Upon arriving in Lamole, continue straight on for about 100m to house number 75 on the right.
It is also possible to reach Greve via Dudda and Figline from the Superstrada A1 by exiting at Incisa Val d'Arno or from the Florence-Siena Autostrada, via Sambuca and Badia a Passignano, by exiting at San Donato.
